Vulcan is somewhat infamous for changing names several times and not standing behind their sometimes dangerous products. All are owned by Mr. Robert Hesse.

And Hesse had his earlier company sued out from under him for crappy QC, and wound up being sold thru Joeken who also get many flush the turd reviews. Their cutting edge special forces claims continue to be 100% crap as well.
