Pre 89 import, would be anywhere from $1000-$1500.

Last SA 85M I saw was around $450 at the local gunshow.

I have a post-ban rifle (welded slant and no lugs) with an FEG stamped receiver. It's finish on both the wood and metal is the best I've ever seen. I paid $450 or so for it.

It would have had a bayo lug and a pistol grip w/ stock seperate from each other, not the PC thumbhole type on the SA 85Ms. Mike |

It had an AMD65 brake and a Tapco folding stock on it.
The receiver was marked as FEG. |

 ETA: Sorry, I found that amusing, for a rebuilt receiver or modified FEG rifle I would expect the cost to be dramatically less |
