Anybody here with a VEPR with a muzzle brake that has ever launched??-My friend and I were at the range today and his VEPR launched the brake. No idea where it went, and it was already getting dark when it happened.  But we heard it TWANG and it was gone!!  It left hideous scratches on the barrel where it was mounted. I guess Robinson doesn't weld them into place!!! These are deep gouges.

If it aint welded or threaded, don't use it.

I guess is wasn't a "permanently attached" muzzle brake.
