Are the VEPR K's in 5.45 x 39mm safe to fire without the muzzle brake? I Always thought the muzzle brake was required to prevent excessive barrel pressure or something like that. I need help  please!

You're fine without a brake.  The 74-brake is simply to reduce recoil.
