I have a VEPR II in .223 that has to be set around the "3" (pretty high) on the rear sight to get it to shoot level at close range (25 yards). I wanted to just adjust the front sight to compensate and give me more adjustment at the rear sight, but I can't figure out how its done or what tool is the proper one to use. Can anyone help or post a link?

Thanks,
Justin

I figured it out. The included cleaning kit includes a sight elevation tool, then the case for the tools acts as a handle for extra leverage. I got it adjusted this morning. Just FYI to those to had the same question....
