I have a new Vepr 12 with conventional screw in choke facility.

Does the muzzle brake screw in too ? Using the same thread ?

do you mean that the barrel is threaded on the outside? if so, then yes, you just screw your muzzle brake down on that so long as it is designed for VEPR-12/Saiga-12 shotguns

Ah I see.

I have the longer barrel with interior thread for chokes.

Looks like I will have to either get a clamp on brake or get exterior of barrel threaded.

Must be for the UK market where we have a min of 24" barrel

It is 26.5 or 27" and has screw in chokes.

External muzzle threads are the devil. They do it for the children.
