How do you turn the front sight on the barrel. Do you have to heat it or just remove the pins. I tapped on it with a brass hammer but not sure if it turned. The holes didn't need to be drilled?? Loco Thanks

Nobody speaking, well I got it, if you remove the pins and tap the front sight it does move, I am now 1 inch left from 4 inch right. I opened up the rear sight knotch on the right so it should be dead on. Will test later, it runs smooth as can be. If these are the worst makes, I can't imagine how the others must shoot. Love this little piece. loco

I had to do the same on a Romy RPK.  Some here say to drill out the pin holes and insert a larger pin.  I centered my FSB, then drove in taper pins.  One from the right and one from the left.  Checking each time to make sure everything was still straight.  When I got everything good and tight, I cut the ends of the taper pins off with a Dremel.  Went back with a sanding wheel and you can hardly see the ends of them now after a coat of engine paint.

JUST make sure to write down which one went in which way if you ever need to remove....Hard to see from this pic, but she turned out pretty nice.
