I might look into getting an SAR-3.

Hows the quality....do I have to look out for canted sights?

Are the barrels chromed lined and whats the twist rate?

How do you like yours?

possible canted sights yes, so check that...chrome lined (which isnt a big deal, but everyone thinks it to be).... accurate, cheap to shoot, only uses Weiger mags...yep thats it

On about any Romanian it's a good idea to look for canted sites..Quality is the same as the other SAR series rifles..
Chromed lined barrel with a 1/7 twist..with Weiger mags and the replacement of the hammer for a RSA hammer  it makes a great shooting AK...
