Can I assume that if the stock and front trunnion are still attached to the receiver stubs that all the required hardware is there?

BTW I got a Refurb kit and 36 mags and I couldn't be more pleased

Note that there was a period when the kits were 279, with 4 mags...Thats when I ordered...They still only shipped one mag. I called and they said they would ship the other 3 out.

You should be good to go. The part that seems to come up missing most frequently is the rear trunnion, and ORF got a bunch of them in their Bulgarian Motherlode. When you get the stubs off and get a good look at what you have, just compare  against a good picture of a disassembled kit (or I'll email you some pics of my sidefolder).
