For 2K!!  Wait, if my memory serves me right didn't Arsenal release the "LAST" of the Classics a few months ago to K-VAR?  Those "LAST" Classics also went for 2K.  I did not buy one, but I'll bet the people that thought they were getting the "LAST" ones are going to be pissed.  Great marketing strategy Arsenal.  I'm just glad I've got my Polytech Legend, I'm pretty sure those will not be coming back.

Back in late '87, I worked for a Buick dealer, & the Grand Nationals were the hot item. When Buick announced there wasn't going to be an '88 model, the owner started buying up some of the '87's that were sitting on dealer's lots where they weren't popular. He picked up about 20 of them, & would display them prominently where every car driving by could see the car, with a huge sign saying this was the last Grand National on the lot, & he wanted a premium for it. Well it was the last one on the lot, as he stored the other 19 cars somewhere else. Each time the "last" car was sold, someone would drive to the other lot to pick up another "last" car. He made a bundle. Seems K-Var is playing the same game.  GARY  N4KVE

While reading a similar post in this section (Arsenal Milled at K-Var), I had a similar notion occur to me. Arsenal is playing the number's game.

Maybe he would have purchased one if it wasn't so ridiculously priced. I know I would,  but $2000 is absolutely insane, considering the gun was half that when new, & the barrels & most parts have been in the US for years, so costs have not increased. Just greed on the part of the Bulgarians has increased.  GARY  N4KVE

No real "Bitch" here.  Just an observation into Arsenal's marketing approach.  If I had been one of those who bought one of the so called "Last" classics a few months ago for 2K and now see them available again, I don't think I'd be too happy.
