I recently purchased some 20ga birdshot for my S20 and noticed 2 boxes say high velocity. Are these ok to fire in my shotgun? Thanks

More than likely they are just fine.  You have 2 settings in your gas system.  

I have fired some 3" 20 gauge slugs that were pretty ferocious recoil wise, but the Saiga seemed to handle it just fine.  Now, if you fired that with the gas system set for light loads, it might stress it.

Gotcha thanks. I forget which setting number is for lighter loads lll look it up.
