Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - SA85M front sight replacement

I have an older Hungarian SA85M (the one that came with the blonde wood with the thumbhole stock), and when they cut off the bayo lug from the front sight post, they sheared off the entire lower portion.  Now it won't hold the cleaning rod securely.

Wondering if someone knows where I can get a replacement front sight that'll fit that model.

You could find a AMD-63 or AMD-65 barrel that was used up and salvage the front sight block.  On my SA-85M I replaced the front sight with a Bulgarian AK-74 sight base.
