Lugansk Cartridge Works....sold in the US by Arsenal USA as Lugammo (this is the stuff in the group buy over at goonsnet)

PS: Sapsan is Ulyanovsk Only. Barnaul has nothing to do with Sapsan.

About 7.62x54R imported by Wolf... there is a little green circle with white letters "LVE"... this is the identifier for the Novosibirsk Low Voltage Equipment factory. As far as I know... Tula doesn't make 7.62x54R.

No... Tula doens't make 7.62x54R... that is why SSI went to Novosibirsk Plant-LVE to buy it...
