Anyone have any idea how the quality of this rifle would compare with other AKs?

its a Saiga reciever...made in Russian, dremeled out for high cap..just like the Arsenal rifles...it would be a good gun.

Depending on who did the work... I believe it id RedJacket, who have a good reputation.

Not exactly an authentic variation, but should be pretty nice. Saigas certainly are nice receivers.
