I know that what I build will be better than what CAI builds but man this is going to be alot more than buying one.

That SOG RPK is the century wannabe RPK thats out on the market now. All it is is a WASR with a longer barrel and the bipod in the wrong place with a club foot stock. If you go with the new DCI receiver with a romanian parts kit you'll be getting the real deal. Heavy RPK barrel, thicker true to spec RPK receiver with bulges, I've held off building my RPK kit because of the receiver, to me its just not an RPK without the bulges on the receiver..

Without a doubt, BUILD.. You will have a much better weapon..

I just ordered a Romy and a Yogo RPK kit from Cope's.
MO and FFL will go out Monday for recivers.
