They are not bad generally speaking. My biggest gripe on mine was the trigger which I was able to fix. Also after tweaking a little the gun shot around 1 MOA (sometimes a little less w/albanian surplus 3 round groups and 100 yds.). Are all the same, nope the next one I shot (belonging to a friend of mine) had a very nice trigger and was around 2 MOA still not bad at all. I use mine for hunting It like it quite a bit. The one in my office is a nice piece (real Romanian military issue here) shoots awesomly and the trigger is quite good.

Damn fine rifle. Put an RSA trigger group in it and you wull be impressed.

Is the RSA trigger group you would use for the ROMAK the same one that would go into any other AKM? |

Another nice thing:
MOST of them are not monkified by Century or similar... They are not considered AWs under the 89 ban because they do not have enough 'evil' features... |

Yes, but it is not s spray and pray weapon either. It is a squad level marksmans rifle.
It works well when used in its' intended role. |

While they do look nice, I would personally just save up for the true Dragunov in 7.62x54R. But hey, that's just me.

But aren't thre real Dragunovs running $2K to $3K for a Chinese and even more for a Russian??
