I've got a parkerized Polish underfolder kit, GT receiver and all the compliance parts ready for a build, but I'm not confident in my ability to build it properly.  I've screwed together a few Romy kits, but I want this one to be properly riveted.

I'd like to find a reputable builder who could do the job in the $300 - $400 range.  I don't care about the turnaround time as much as the quality.  Refinishing isn't required, since that's something I do for a living anyway.

Is my price range reasonable or am I dreaming?

On second thought, since this appears to be you, don't contact any of the builders I listed as I doubt they would want to do any work for you.  

And since you apparently died I don't think you need a new rifle
