Can romanian AKs be re-barreled with Bulgarian AK-104 barrels?  I know I will have to permanently attach a muzzle device to bring it out to the 16in. minimums.

they should with alittle help. the bulgy barrels are 23mm on the chamber end and(i believe) the rommy barrels take a 22mm chamber end.  that means that you will have to turn down the shank to fit your rommy trunnion.
