Summary of major operations.


flat must be bent, rails must be welded on to flat (bolt rides on rails).  excess material on top rails trimmed and fitted to trunnion, etc.

Rails and trigger axis holes must be heat hardened and tempered.  

Barrel must be pressed out of trunnion with hydraulic press and jig.

trunnion holes must be located and drilled, then trunnions must be riveted into reciever shell using hydro press and jigs.

Barrel pressed back into trunnion, and barrel retaining pin pressed back in.
