I am replacing the RSB on my Romy since it got bent
removing the barrel pin. I finally got the pins out of
the RSB, the gas block and the front sight. How is the
best way to to remove these 3 items off of the barrel?
I tried pressing them off but can't seem to figure out
how to support them while I press out the barrel.

Anybody have an answer on this?  I bent the RSB trying to remove the barrel pin with a 12 ton shop press.

I finally got mine off. The RSB pin was a bitch, the FSB and Gas Port
pins were easy. I then took a heavy piece of steel(1/4") and cut a 1/2
notch out of one side and just slipped the barrel into it behind each
of rhe parts on the barrel and pressed them off with my press. I then
just reversed the procees to put the back on. Just watch when the
notch on the barrrel lines up with the pin holes on the FSB, RSB and
GP. It was pretty easy.I had to replace my RSB because I bent it with
my press taking the barrel pin out, too.

i did the same thing, only i broke my trunion a little. the part that tapers down on the top of the trunion , cracked almost in to the dowel hole and it pushed the rsb in a little. I order a new trunion and sight block, but i ended up welding and remillijng the trunion and using plyers to bend back the sigh block.. it will all look fin after it is painted. so If your looking for a sight block I have one Ill sell you for cheap.
