You don't have to toss the polys, just think of them as 25 rd mags. I would stick with steel mags if those work well for you. AIM has a great price on them.

To the OP...
#1 Def sounds like a spring issue, whether it's our mag or someone elses. #2 Is a common problem with Century AK's. They import the rifles configured to accept single stack mags, then arbitrarily grind them open to what looks like the right size for doubles. This less-than-exact process means some mags to fit tight, some mags wobble in the wind, depending on how much grinding was done on that rifle. If it's a TAPCO mag, we can take care of a spring issue, no problems. |
