I've seen similar writing on Egyptian parts. Could be Arabic.

I would say DRich is right,Maadi IIRC, plus you should have some other interesting marked parts..........

Arabic. The RSB has the caliber marking (7.62x39) and the trunnion has the year 1988 and serial number 1288120. I can't read the rest of it, only the numbers.
