If I put my M92 krink together as a pistol with the original rear trunnion, how hard will it be to cut the hole for the folding stock when my form 1 comes back?  Will I have to disassemble the rear trunnion (and FCG)?

Make a template with a piece of paper, or the old receiver stub, then when the form 1 cums in just drill under sized holes and carefully enlarge them to meet the trunnion holes with a dremmel carbide cutter bit.
That's basicly how I built my UF anyways.
