+1, there was NO good time to jump out. I would much rather have taken my chances in the chopper than out. |

And actually it looked like there was a guy who fell out, tried to run and was about in the area that the rotors hit. I wonder what happened to him. Any info on this crash? What went wrong with the chopper? |

Looks to me that he might of had a tail rotor strike, as he was pretty nose high coming in.
ETA: I ride in helicoptors almost everyday, and I would try to stay in until everything quits moving. |

I watched it it looks like the first guy made it. I keep my eye on the spot he fell out on and the tail stopped before it hit the area he or she was in. That would have been a shitty time to think when to do it thow (jump out). WOW
