Anybody notice the numbers on the forward hand grip of the kits being sold. My kit came from CF. The number would be left side upper rear section. The only reason I noticed was when I was refinishing the grip and it got wet the numbers showed. I can only see 2 numbers and they match the last two numbers of the serial number. I assume that this is the serial number as well. Am I right in that it is the serial number? Anybody.

I've got two Romy klits . . . .

One had "numbers" and one did not . . . .

The kit with the "numbers" -- last four digits of the serial number -- appeared to be off a new rifle.  The other kit, although very nice, was not new.  

Maybe not the original lower handguard /pistol grip ? ? ? ?

Interesting that they would put the serial number on the front grip. My Yugo has it on the buttstock.
