Answered my first Q by searching around on CTD and seeing that I need to buy swivels AND a sling, cool- problem solved.

Yeah, you can put a bayo on it with an adaptor. IM brokenbank and ask him what bayo lug adaptor he used on his.

I installed a sling stud on the side of my foregrip:  Then cut a slot in the rear for a sling (you can also install a sling stud):  I used a Spec-Ops Mamba Sling: 
Like 762 said, contact member brokenbank, he does some amazing things with his VEPRs. Here's one of his with a bayonet:
