Thanks to a Russian member on another forum I was able to get hold of a couple of laminated wood pistol grips for my SVDS.I had already fitted laminate handguards and really wanted to get rid of the black plastic pistol grip as well and these were the solution direct from Izhmash :)



They need a tiny bit of trimming just to custom fit and should look a lot nicer than black plastic,will post some pics of them fitted when I get chance :)

Here they are fitted, the one in the top pic is a better match to the handguards in the flesh.

But the bottom pic is really, really nice.  Sweet grips.
