I picked up a post-ban MAK90 set up for the underfolder and I picked up a NIW pre-ban Polytech barrel that I need installed. It will also need to be cut for the extractor. Can anyone recommend someone for that type of job? I'm in AZ.

Why don't you just replace the gas block and front sight base? That way you can keep your already headspaced barrel and the barrel already has the component retaining pin slot drilled. That's what I did on my MAK90:

Good recommendation.  Another good one (also in AZ):  POHF

I don't know why I didn't think of that.

Ok, so I get the barrel out to start pressing off the FSB and the GB. Being this is a virgin barrel assembly, it appears that both are pre-drilled for pins, but not all the way. Now, if they pre-drill the FSB, would it be deep enough to contact the barrel? The reason is, that FSB would not budge. I had it in my bench vise and I was torquing on that so much the bench started to move. Am I missing something here?
