Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need help identifying an ammo pouch

I recently picked up an ammo pouch from Serbia that has me stumped. It looks like it's part of system, but I can't figure out whether it's meant to be a drop leg rig, or attached to body armor. What I do know is that it's manufactured by Mile Dragic and it hold 4 30 round 7.62 magazines. I'd appreciate any input if anyone has some info on it.
