The best I have found, so far, is Jos4570 on gunbroker. Though I haven't seen any pics of his kits, he does have a good reputation, and offers a complete numbers matching kit.

i just talked to him about them the other day

the only thing he said he could gaurentee with those kits is that they are matching numbers and the bores are dark.....i just got a yugo under folder from him today that had a shiny bore with some freckleing and as i know......he has one more under folder like this left
