I bought a new Century Yugo Underfolder recently and had a pleasant surprise. I need to change the trigger on it probably put in a G2 Trigger. However when i was inspecting it i noticed that the Receiver is a DC Industries Receiver so for once Century built me a GOOD rifle.

I do like those new yugos with the poly handguards, they look lean and mean.

Where on these rifles can you find the manufacturer of the receiver?

I like my Yugo underfolder as well.  Mine has the wood instead of the plastic.  Believe it or not, there is no cant to the FSB!  Fit and finish is way better than I am used to from Century.  The folder is actually tight, not loose like some I have seen at shows.  Just takes a little longer to clean the barrel since it is not chrome lined.

Check the left side of the trigger, 'cause you may already have a G2 trigger in it.  hy.gif  I bought a Century Yugo underfolder with plastic (i.e. same as yours), and it already has a single-hook Tapco G2 FCG installed.  Good luck, and gratz!

I don't know where DCI puts their marks, but all the Century Yugos have DCI receivers...

My YUGO UF is also DCI and is top notch with zero  issues.  My Polish UF and  my AMD 65 is  DCI too. Those 3 guns nearly rival the quality of my Bulgarian milled.

If the rumors I have heard are true, the reason the Century Yugo builds are so good is that Century isn't the actual builder. Yes, the receiver is DCI, and most have Tapco G2 trigger units. I have one of the fixed stock guns, and the build quality is far, far superior to anything I've ever seen Century put out before. Complaints on these guns seem to be few and far between.
The plastic furniture on these guns tends to warp under extreme heat. Replace at your earliest convenience with Ironwood designs teak or hardwood and enjoy.

ETA.....I'd refinish that gun though. The two tone park colors are unappetizing.
