The reciever is a little rough, but it was my first try at bending. I got a little impatient and didnt have all of the parts to the press, and went ahead anyway. Once I get all of the press kit together I will redo it, but untill then I just hope to get a couple of shots off with this one. Thay are the Tapco flats, and this one I will add to the scrap pile later.

Looking good.  I want to make a pistol someday.

Questions:

Did you have to use a jig for the bends?

What front end did you use for the build?  Krinkov?

What handguard is that?  Saiga?

What rear trunnion and who did you get it from?

What handguard is that?  Saiga? Yup shortend of course

What rear trunnion and who did you get it from?  Also a home brew, chope up a rear tang and will weld a plat to the back to seal it up.

Good work.  I just don't have a shop to do all that work in.  Gotta keep it to Dremeling and drilling.

Um, that is awesome. I love the shorty look. I wish my AMD65 pistol could be shorter...

dude, that shortened Saiga forearm really sets off that whole setup.  it really, really looks great.  I would really love to make something like that but with a Krink side folder as an SBR, an outstanding piece of work, keep it up.

What did you start out with?  A standard AK or an AMD-65?  How did you get the FSB to line up after you hacked it?
