Does anyone make a milled receiver for the Yugo kits? Centerfire has these kits listed for 69.00 for fixed ,and 79.00 for underfolders, or does it just make sense to go with the stamped because the receiver is 1.6mm.

You might think this is lame, but it works. You can make what's left of the front of the milled reciever into a trunnion by cutting off the torch cut end and surface grinding the sides so they fit into a stamped reciever. Cut two slots into both sides of the receiver and weld the trunnion into it. The extra thick AUSA receivers are great for this. You have to be real carefull about welding it so the receiver doesn't pull. Grind down the weld and repark. It feels like a milled receiver 'cuz it's heavy. You can do the same with the rear receiver / trunnion. You can do this whole operation without taking the barrel out of the trunnion.
