Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Mid range AK sales?

Is it just me or does anyone else think that the mid range AK market ($500-700) is really dull right now? SAR-1's and MAK-90's seem to be pretty hot, as do preban noricos and other high end AK's. But it just seems like the midrange (stamped and even the odd milled aresnal)  is flat, oh well hope this is good for buyers!
