Campybob, thanks so much for the info but when I tried to hit the link you gave me it took me to a site called "Cyberstation Inc.". Some internet provider b.s. and had nothing to do with weapons or optics. Any ideas? And thanks again for trying, I was beginning to wonder if no one knew a "good" way to mount optics to a Mak.

tantal.kalashnikov.guns.ru/. This is a "must see" sight for AK owners. Another option for mounting optics may be either an "Ultimak" mount or one of the mounts that ACE offers. I have not used either of these products, but hopefully somebody here that has used them will chime in and add to our knowledge base. As far as the ACE products go, I've got one of their side folders on a pre-ban AK, and it works well, at least for my purposes. |
