Just think about it a SBR 106UR in 300 BLK. cimetricaly threaded.

Not to start a caliber war, but we're talking about using 7.62x35? Why not 7.62x39? The only thing x35 does better is be subsonic and fit in AR magwells.

I'll admit, I've thought about doing it too. I didn't have enough interest in it to invest in ammo that's significantly more expensive for little return.

If you're interested, I'd pick up a .300 barrel blank and turn it down to the size you need for your kit:

Yes, and subsonic 7.62X39 can be had from Engel Balistics Research (last time I checked) or it can be handloaded.

I like attention too, but seriously. Stop it. Nobody cares about .300BLK in an AK when an identical, proven caliber already exists a-plenty.
