I would not do it. Not having the thread shoulder on the barrel itself is a show stopper for me.

I would be very worried about a baffle strike.

There is a vendor here, JWill and some numbers. He has an SDN6 on an M92.

What about cutting the threads off, then cut new threads on the barrel and install the AAC QD so that it just about sits flush to the face of the gas block/front sight block?

No matter which direction you decide to go with, before you decide to shoot a round through the suppressor. Run a rod or wood dowel from the muzzle end of the suppressor to rear of the barrel to make sure it's properly aligned.

I am not going to fool with it. I will suit me just fine for my 308 300 black and my 556.

I have seen a few videos of suppressed m92s using the USmachinegun adapter. Seemed to work ok.
