what is the best way to get the spring pin and stock latch in the front left of the receiver.im having a hard time keeping the spring depressed while installng the catch and pin.

it's hard to explain, but what I did was put the spring in first so the long end is where it is supposed to be, then worked the pin partially thru the receiver and the coiled part if the spring. then pushed the small end of the spring back or in with a screwdriver, leave the screwdriver in and work the latch in there, pushing the pin into the trunion to secure it then pulling out the screwdriver. you may have to find just the right size screwdriver to allow room for the latch to go thru while it's in there.  It is a frustrating procedure, as I found it and the rectangular hole the hardest part of those builds.
