Every thing that you stated is correct with the exception of the serial number. But , what does BCI stand for? thanks

Quoted:
Does it have any of these features....

The top left side of the trunion has a triangle with "66" inside it. Just to the right of the triangle reads "56S-1412407". Below the serial number, stamped into the frame is BCI - USA and 7.62 x 39. Just under that line also on the left side of the reciever is stamped "MADE BY NORINCO CHINA". On the right side of the reciever is stamped "NORINCO MADE IN CHINA" just below and forward of the ejection port. The right side of the trunion block just above the previously described stamp is the letter "B" turned 90 degrees clockwise. The bolt carrier and bolt appear to either be stainless steel or satin chrome plated, and the wood furniture is different from what is usually seen on Norinco rifles, showing a dark, oil stained finish.

Just a start on this fun filled fact finding tour.
