OK this is about as n00bish a question as you will ever see in these forums.

How do you use the sights properly with an AK? I have created a JPEG to help with my question below.

The red dot is a clay. Of the choices shown, which is the correct way to line up the sight?

I like B. I think it's better for long range. It's a definate point, not an imaginary one in space.

For most AK type shooting "B" is the right choice. "A" is for target/bullseye shooting and would be fine also.

Your AK came with sights?Seriously, the answer is "B".

Thankyou. B it is. I suppose I should've specified the range, which in this case is 25-50 yards with the rear site set at the lowest setting.
