And I don't mean mag whore, I mean you collect them. Try to obtain different colors, countries of origin, so on. I saw those brown Bulgys at the gunshow and it struck me that I'd like to have one, just because it's different. Then I found that ORF is selling brown and firebrick red and plum! I'm fighting it, but there may be an order going out for 1 each soon.

AK mags are a great thing to collect. Lots of variation and most of them are still affordable even for us "married with children" guys.

Here's mine:

Rich, you are a sick man! I use the same big tubs to store my pouches and mags! But I dont have the little plastic bags... Where do you get those, do they fit 40 and 45rd mags, and what do you do with the drums?

Link Posted: 9/10/2005 8:22:16 PM EDT
There's a guy selling the bags in the EE. TravisAasen maybe?

Yes, Travis is the man with the bags. Good deal and fast service:

He doesn't have bags big enough for drums or 40's, though.

Those Rubbermaid plastic bins are great for kits and gear. I can stack them high in my gun closet and they won't collapse like cardboard will.
