Get a 6 inch C clamp, one socket smaller than the front site slide, one socket big enough for the front site slide to fit into. It can be done by by one person, bit is easier with two. Tighten up the c clamp so it is close to fit the two sockets and fsb in it. Put the small socket on the side of the slide you want to push from and the large socket on the side you want to push to and tighten the clamp till it moves where you want it to. - Whoops reread it, don't need this.

This is what you need. Get a set of allen wrenches. Get the biggest one that will fit in the front site hood. Take a dremel and notch it to fit the post. This will get you more leverage. This worked even after I bent the standard C clap AK tool.
