Just wondering if anyone out there uses a bending break to fold flats. I have a friend that works at a machine shop with MASSIVE tooling, and has offered to help me bend my flats. Also does anyone have the actual measurements/printable templates that show REALLY good bend measurements and locations? if so, please email either the link or the diagram to the following address:

Thanks to all for the help.

I used to be a sheet metal worker at an HVAC shop. I DO recomment that you have it professionally done once you get the measurements.

When you bend sheet metal you are also stretching it. to simply measure and bend will not produce a receiver that will come out right.

Good luck...

well, I am going to give it a try anyway, I will be trying to post pics or a link to pics when I get done. It would have been nice if someone would have had the experience on this, but if I have to sacrafice 1-2 flats, so be it. I will let all know how it turns out.
