Well uh...I bought one before Progressive, before the Chief, before JoeKen, before K-Var's new low price! I guess that isn't such a bragging factor afterall heheh, full price back then.
When I first read the title of this thread I thought the answer was going to be JoeKen bought them FROM K-Var! Wouldn't that be humorous? |

No, Tim went back into the Coast Guard, dumped all the goods back on Keith (Chief Thunder). Keith never wanted to be in the selling end of the business, the rest is as we say...history... Fistpoint, Progressive Arms (ca. 1999?) was the first time I ever saw a Waffle mag. Where did you find one before that? IIRC I paid 15.99/ea for the first batch I bought. |

I bought 2 from Progressive at $24.99 each during their first batch:) That's how the addiction started, and soon I became a 'plastic mag' junkie.

I could very well be incorrect..my feeble mind is failing. I found them on gunbroker, when it first broke off of ebay. I started talking to Tim at Progressive, and got him to post them on Ian's board. So...when ever ebay kicked guns off their board is when I bought them. Hell!...it could have been 2000...I honestly can't remember! |
