Is this normal? Every single case has the exact same dent, steel or brass.

I'm certainly going to be feeding it steel cased ammo from here on out unless I can find a fix to stop ruining my expensive brass.

Milder dent than what I would have expected. This is completely normal.

I would like to see the crease in the back of the dent. If it is just a dent I reload anyway. Upon firing this dent would be removed and on ejection a new one is created.

This dent can be lessened with an application of thin rubber weather strip around the ejection port on the dust cover. It also works with standard ak's. I have a valmet rubber brass deflector. This also works, but... It is a long time since one was made. Mine is getting brittle and even if you can find one it will be very expensive.

I had a factory early 90s vintage Israeli Military Industries Galil that used to banana spent brass when it was new.

It's bouncing off the side of the charging handle. Perfectly normal.
