Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Gas relief hole question

If an AK had both sets of gas relief holes(GRH), the 8 on the gas tube plus the 4 on the gas block, would the cvlic rate slow down? Would anything else happen?

Also lets say you put a gas tube with no GRH on an AK that had a gas block with no GRH would the cyclic rate increase? Wear and tear increase? What else might happen?
