i read somewhere about putting strips of electrical tape along the mag well

I have heard of using JB weld inside the well. Done with care, and plastic wrap on a mag to form it - seems like it way be a good solution!

All 3 of my AK's (WASR10, SAR1, SLR95) have mag wobble when using steel mags.
Bulgarian Waffles and Polish Polymers stop the wobble. |

I don't think waffles will fit in WASR 10s, but I'll have to try this.
Electrical tape huh? Mabye around the mags themselves... Good ideas thanks. Welding isn't available to a computer geek like myself. |

Your right the waffles are real hard to get into my Wasr10. Try the flat side Polish polymers if you can find them. |

BTW: JB Weld is a liquid type of "bondo" which acts like metal when dry. I would think that if you do it right, you can eliminate mag wobble in any AK. My SA 85 wobbles with all steel mags EXCEPT Norincos.
