Well I was browsing around my local ffl dude's shop today while picking up a couple of CavArms lowers and a Kimber that came in and found a Russian scope that I guy was selling on consignment for $80. It's a lighted reticle thing and the only English on the thing says Made in Belarus no 0200593 and 4 x 24B
above that are cyrilic characters that look like nocn

anybody know what he hell I have? I can send pics. I don't really know what to make of the reticle either. lots o stuff in there.

Anybody know what kind of battery goes in the thing to power the lighted retical?

Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated!

Jeff

Edit:
Photo server is up so here's a pic of the scope

Never seen new under $90+shipping for non-illuminated so nice deal. Battery may be one of the earlier non-western models, or one of the newer updates that use common western batteries.

well I never saw one around here for less then a C note, so I thought I couldn't go wrong.

Stuck a AA battery in the battery holder and flipped the switch and low and behold I see red!

It actually is exactly that same one as pictured in that link.
