I'm wondering inf there is a receiver flat for the Yugo available somewhere?

I know this may be a nnob question, but hey, I'm a noob at the AK anyways.

I'm wondering about bending up the stadnard flat I have and tig welding up the bulged part to the bent flat, using the rails as a "bridge between the sewvtions then heat treating the whole thing after grinding the welds up pretty.....

Suggestions?
