Well, I'm looking at selling my SAR-1 to fund the purchase of a Vector Uzi. I've put a lot of thought into it, and decided to do it.
What with my last year at PSU coming up, I don't have a lot of cash, so I'm getting rid of the AK.

I might end up selling it to one of my friends, or just tossing it on the EE, but despite the fact I could use every dime I can squeeze out of it, I don't want to rip off a friend, or look like a jackass on the EE. I know what I paid for it last year, but what would be about market value now?

It's a standard 2003 SAR-1 with a 40, 10, sling and a cleaning kit I never managed to open.

I would imagine the $300-350 range.

These people that say SARs are available for under $300... Well, maybe from individuals selling their firearms, but no more.

Sorry, these under $300 SARs are indeed not SARs, but WASRs. I got my SAR-1 from SOG for $339. Now, I have seen this price jump up to $380 on similar dealers catalogs.

Used? These go even higher, actually. Expect most SAR-1s to be in the high $300 low $400 range. It's just the law of supply and demand.
